Situated just an hour’s drive north of Brisbane by four lane high way, Caloundra offers the holiday essentials of sun, surf and sand.

Look further a field and you will find a hinterland of stunning diversity, including the famous Glass House Mountains and the charm and beauty of the Black all Range, where natural attractions abound.

A host of major tourist attractions are within 20 minutes drive, including Australia Zoo (home to TV’s ‘Crocodile Hunter’), Under Water World and The Big Pineapple.

From our Caloundra accommodation you can walk to everything, restaurants, we have one on site for breakfast and lunch.  There are plenty of nearby restaurants that you could try for dinner at night, lots of different cuisines and for all budgets. Coffee shops, juice bars, or good browsing shops.

 Walk along the boardwalk to Bulcock Beach 10 meters. Kings beach 10 minutes. The Events Centre is within easy walking distance so you can enjoy any of the great shows or artists that perform there and can safely walk there and back.

The clubs are easily accessed with their Free Courtesy Buses.

Corbould Park race track is a great fun Friday night or Sunday afternoon activity.

The Caloundra Street Fair is on every Sunday and is well worth visiting in Bulcock Street.

A must do is a scenic drive through the hinterland. The magic views are well worth the trip and you can stop in Montville and browse some of the most interesting shops you will find on the Coast.

 There are numerous walking trails either along the beach fronts, the board walk stretches from  Bells Creek through to or through the beautiful hinterland. You could seek out some of the beautiful waterfalls and gardens to include in your walks. For the more adventurous the Glasshouse Mountains are an easy drive to some strenuous climbing. Check out some of beautiful nature reserves.

Bike hire is available close by as is kayak, boat and paddle board hire. The jet ski ride is very popular and just a short walk from La Promenade to Bulcock Beach to find Ken your instructor who will give you a jet ski ride to remember. Maybe something more relaxing is your thing try Caloundra cruise, either through the day, the eco cruise or the sunset cruise.

We have a tour desk so we can organize any trips that you may want to experience such as the Eumundi Markets , the wine or art trail and the Maleny dairy. Australia Zoo is about a 20minute drive and Sea life in Mooloolaba is  about the same distance away. We can also organize your transfers to either Brisbane or Sunshine Coast airports, the Gold Coast or even the Brisbane wharfs.
